The part-time ESL Program Assistant will assist World Relief's ESL team with student enrollments, pretesting, attendance tracking, in-class assistance, post testing, and volunteer management. They will also support students who need extra help adjusting to the classes or referrals for other services. As part of our ESL team, the ESL Program Assistant will partner with learners from many different ethnic, religious, linguistic, and educational backgrounds to build their confidence in English communication and empower them to function and thrive in their new American context.
